The class also covers the regulations\, Florida Administrative Code 64E-9 and Florida Statute Chapter 514\, as they pertain to the CPO® in Florida. The course cost includes the 2023  PHTA – Pool & Hot Tub Alliance Certified Pool & Spa Operator® Handbook\, the exam\, supplemental materials and the certification fees.\n\nOn the second day of the course\, an exam is administered. This includes 50 multiple-choice questions.  The exam is open book\, open notes.  If a student fails the exam\, a retake exam will be offered. This must be taken in person within 90 days from the original test date. The location\, date and time are at the discretion of the instructor and are pending available spacing in the classroom.\n\n\nThe class is taught in English\, but the handbook and exam can be provided in Spanish or French. There is a $10 additional fee for materials in Spanish or French. Please give a 2 weeks notice to allow ample time for special order of materials. ***Must be specified at time of registration ***\nContinuing Educational Units (CEUs) are available.
